“Buying tickets from the Saenger Theatre box office online is always a very quick & easy process. We were very happy there were still a few excellent seats available as this was a last minute decision to go see Black Jacket Symphony’s Jimmy Buffet tribute in only 3 days. We always enjoy attending concerts & shows close to home at this lovely, historical & sentimental venue for us because when our daughter was growing up her dance recitals were held at The Saenger Theatre every year so we attended at least 15 years of dance recitals there and it feels like home. This may not be a “quick” message but I would genuinely like to compliment The Saenger Theatre box office and the venue itself. Now that it’s “our time” we go to a lot concerts of concerts & music festivals. Many at The Wharf in Orange Beach and we will often travel much farther to other states to see performers we love. But since we discovered how many good shows come to The Saenger in Mobile now it’s one of our favorite and easiest places to go! It’s not as large as most of the other coliseums and outdoor venues we have been to but it’s very pretty, less crowded, has multiple nice bars with a wide variety of alcohol, sodas & snacks, clean restrooms, good security and friendly staff! We have seen two BJS tributes to Prince and Elton John there as well as Journey & REO Speedwagon. We have sat in the balcony & orchestra sections and the view is always very good and the stage, lighting & sound system are great at The Saenger Theatre! No problem finding free parking downtown if you don’t mind a nice, short walk to the theatre. Highly recommend The Saenger Theatre and getting your tickets from their box office for anyone who hasn’t been to a show here yet.”
